New to Real Estate

RE/MAX Select offers the highest level of training for sales associates new to the industry.

We start off by pairing up a new sales associate with a trained and experienced mentoring agent. Throughout the program, which lasts approximately six months, the new sales associate will learn the ropes, gain valuable experience and will be prepare to start their real estate career on the right foot.

RE/MAX International offers a "Fast Track to Success", an intensive training program anchored by a daily accountability system and personalized coaching.

We see potential in an individual who has achieved sales and success in other professions, and we know that this success can be transferred to a successful real estate career with RE/MAX Select.
