My name is Brandy L. Fabry and I began my real estate career over 9 years ago. I am a full time, dedicated real estate professional and an Associate Broker/Manager of RE/MAX Select Realty. In addition to completing a comprehensive curriculum to earn an Associate Brokers License, I have also earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI) designations.

Among being a top sales associate for RE/MAX Select Realty, I have been a recipient of the PAR Excellence Award, the RE/MAX International 100% Club Award, the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Education Foundation Scholarship and The District 6 REALTORS® Educational Scholarship.

I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Allegheny Kiski-Area Board of REALTORS®. I am also a member of the StrongLand Area Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the West Penn Multi List. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Greater Allegheny Kiski-Area Board of REALTORS® and also serve as the 2008 Board President. In addition, I am the Chairperson for the Public Relations and Community Service Committee and have previously served on and chaired the Education, Grievance, Professional Standards and the Legislative/Real Estate Political Action Committees. I was voted "2004 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR" by the GAKA Board of REALTORS®.

I am very active in Community Service. I make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) from each and every real estate closing in the name of the buyer and/or seller that I am representing. I am also a consistent supporter of the HAVIN and Hope Center- shelters for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
