Potential buyers who see the signs can text the code to the number 94253 to receive information on that home. Buyers receive a text message response that includes the property address, price, school district, and a link to a property showcase containing photos, property information, and agent contact information. Buyers can also sign up to receive open house updates, price alerts, and can even schedule a showing via text messaging.

In addition to unique property codes, buyers can also text the word SELECT to 94253 and receive a link to search all available homes by area, school district, price and other advanced search options.

The mobile home search program works with any phone that has text messaging capabilities. Phones that are web-enabled are able to view photos, and search the entire mobile site right from their handheld device.
